Pinna Solinas Vivai
Growing plants since 1974
A passion for growing plants
Plants grown and sold at our nursery in Sassari
Pinna Solinas Vivai is an established plant nursery based in Sassari since 1974. Alongside growing and selling nursery plants, we create parks and gardens throughout northern Sardinia, including Gallura and the Costa Smeralda.
Our production nursery lies just outside Sassari. It covers more than 33,000 m², including over 3,000 m² of greenhouses and shade houses. We supply plants to our retail display area on the outskirts of Sassari and to retailers throughout Sardinia.
Our 900 m² shop on Via Papa Giovanni Paolo II in Sassari offers an extensive selection of plants, pots, compost and gardening supplies.

Why do our plants last?
We specialise in growing nursery plants and selling them directly. At our facilities in Sassari, we grow garden plants, trees, olive trees, citrus trees, fruit trees, balcony plants, flowering plants and ornamental houseplants.
Decades of experience have made our nursery a well-established supplier in Sardinia. Growing our own plants gives us an advantage over businesses that only resell them: we follow a natural, sustainable process that respects each plant’s biological cycle rather than artificially accelerating its growth. Our promise is reflected in our motto: “Growing plants since 1974 — plants that last.”
